Adriel Gonzalez
CEO
Adriel has used his 20 plus years of industry experience to help mold B&E in his image, providing value for all parties in the beef supply chain. Adriel began his career with Cargill in 2006 in the Philadelphia Beef Sales Office. During his time with Cargill, he was able to move into positions that provided him with the ability to increase his beef industry knowledge, while providing value and delivering on consumer demand. Adriel spent time as both the Canadian & USA Beef Pricing Manager for Cargill from 2011-2016. In 2016 he took up the challenge as Vice President – Retail Beef Business Lead for North America, responsible for Beef and Traditional Case Ready Products. October 2017, Adriel joined a new endeavor as employee number 1 leading Fulton Market Group into existence. Adriel, as Managing Director of FMG, led the McDonald’s Consolidated Beef Procurement entity through rapid growth and success from 2017 to 2020. At the time of his resignation, he was responsible for procuring over 1B lbs. annually. After a successful stint with FMG, Adriel joined iQ Foods, where he was able to reconnect with his Grocery Retail network. Adriel led iQ Foods through COVID while increasing revenues, customer, and the overall product portfolio of SUSPENDED FRESH™. After successful positions leading the growth and vision of his previous employers, AG decided to embark on the journey for himself. In less than two years, Adriel and his team at B&E have created a business of over 20M lbs. annually, providing quality beef products while optimizing supplier and customer directives. Adriel enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. On the weekends you will find AG at the Campton United Soccer Club, as both he and his wife (Danielle) are sponsors. Brody and Emily play for Campton and aspire to playing soccer in college.
Chris Scott
Director of Operations
Chris has a wealth of experience in the beef and pork industry! With over 20 years in both sales and procurement, he's certainly built a robust skill set. His journey from Swift and Company to OSI Industries, where he handled procurement for major clients like McDonald's and Chipotle, showcases his expertise and ability to manage large-scale operations.
His roles as Procurement Director at Branding Iron Holdings and Import Sales Manager at PMI, INC. further highlight his versatility and leadership in the industry.


Kevork Ozbalik
Business Development
Kevork Ozbalik is an Account and Business Development Manager with B&E Foods bringing over 10 years of experience in purchasing, CPG retail product development and sales, category management and market analysis in the fresh and processed meat categories. He started in the industry in Quality Assurance with Smithfield Foods and moved into the Retail space with Lidl US and eventually to regional and national sales roles in fresh chicken helping grow Shenandoah Valley Organic into a National presence working with the country's largest retailers such as Kroger, Albertsons, Publix Aldi and Lidl. Kevork has been with B&E Foods since the start of 2024.
A proud Virginia Tech Hokie, Kevork holds a degree in Foods Science and Technology. Outside of work, he enjoys going to football games, the fall weather, the beach, spending time with family and friends and raising his 2 sons with wife and 2 dogs. Kevork and his wife Becca live in Richmond Virginia where they both grew up after living in the DC area for 3 years. Go Bills.
Tim Smith
CFO
Tim Smith is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of B&E Foods LLC, a premier wholesale meat broker specializing in connecting top-tier meat producers with retailers, restaurants, and distributors. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry and a proven track record in financial leadership, Tim brings a distinctive perspective to his role, blending deep expertise in financial strategy with a commitment to operational excellence. Before joining B&E Foods, Tim established a distinguished career in mortgage banking, where he held senior leadership roles in financial management, lending operations, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and implement innovative systems that improve operational efficiency and enhance profitability. His expertise in analyzing market trends, optimizing cash flow, and driving business growth has been a consistent hallmark of his success. Since transitioning to the meat brokerage industry, Tim has swiftly leveraged his financial acumen to address the unique challenges of the protein supply chain. As CFO, he is responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, and operational strategy, ensuring B&E Foods maintains its position as a leader in the highly competitive meat wholesale market. Tim holds a degree from Texas A&M University and is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and actively contributing to his community. Through his diverse background and forward-thinking leadership, Tim has been instrumental in accelerating B&E Foods' growth and advancing the company's vision for success.


Izabella Matczuk
Supply Chain Lead
Izabella is currently serving as a Supply Chain lead ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of high-quality beef products to customers. In this role she is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. With a strong background in account management, she specializes in building strategic partnerships with suppliers, streamlining processes, and implementing solutions to deliver operational excellence. She is known for a keen eye for detail and improving overall supply chain efficiency.
